Our Story
Chris and Heather Laughter's journey into RVs began in 1984 with a memorable honeymoon in a sweltering 6-man canvas tent in California, sparking a lifelong passion for outdoor adventures.
They evolved from tent camping enthusiasts to avid RV aficionados, humorously upgrading from poking fun at luxury RV owners with TVs and microwaves to embracing the comfort of a tent trailer, bumper-pull toy hauler, and a spacious fifth wheel.
Their pivotal moment came during a camping trip when they encountered an RV issue, prompting Chris to pursue professional training. He became a Certified RV Technician through the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA), specializing in mobile repair, solar power, generators, refrigerators, water heaters, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, exterior systems, and awning repair. Chris is also a Certified RV Inspector, ensuring safety and functionality for RV owners.
Beyond technical skills, Chris and Heather share their expertise with fellow RV enthusiasts, empathizing with the challenges and joys of RV life. Their journey from tent honeymooners to seasoned RV professionals reflects their dedication and love for the RV lifestyle.
